All staff undertake full training in line with ‘Unit Standards’ as laid down under the ‘National Certificate in Cleaning and Caretaking’ and we employ a full-time, Nationally qualified Assessor who co-ordinates this programme.
Allbrite staff wear attractive uniforms and are subject to strict security checks before being issued with personal photo identification cards that they display at all times while working.
A little background
Rick Sowman has worked in the Cleaning industry since 1973. In 1983, together with his wife Maggie, he formed ALLBRITE Services in order to offer clients a more personal and efficient service than was currently available.
The company progressed rapidly, enjoying excellent working relationships with many major organizations. In 1989 an Indoor Plantscaping Division was established to enhance the range of services offered. A trained horticulturist, son Wayne joined ALLBRITE to manage this division.
ALLBRITE has since added Pest Control and Bathroom Hygiene to the range of services offered, whilst still retaining the personal touch with direct access to the CEO at all times available to both clientele and staff.
